A 36hr challenge! We created the branding and website for the Coaching Collective in just 36hrs, ahead of their accelerated launch.
The Coaching Collective is a collaboration of educational organisations that provides CPD training, design for schools by schools.
The logo represents the collaboration of the partners and their core belief; that great teachers are built, not born. The colours are based on those found in the partners' logos, and the 'C' is designed to create a sense of collaboration and construction. Such colourful brands can become difficult to place and often require white boxes (as used here) to avoid partial washouts. To prevent this, we created variations of the mark that replace certain colours with either white or black.
Get ready... go! This was a time-critical job that required a degree of designing on the fly. We wanted the site to be bright, engaging, and warm to convey the personality and values central to the partnership. We will continue to adapt the design and site as the project develops.
