We identified a unique opportunity: Leeds Bradford Airport. During the busy summer travel period, we placed a strategic banner advert targeting holidaymakers.

  • Creative & Engaging Messaging: Instead of a standard job ad, we created a fun, vacation-themed concept. The copy was light-hearted and directly engaged with the audience's mind-set, suggesting that teaching could be their next great adventure.
  • QR Code with Smart Tracking: The advert featured a prominent QR code. We implemented custom redirects to track scans with precision, allowing us to measure the campaign's success in real-time and attribute leads directly to the airport exposure.
